- 2 oz Bourbon (or Gin, if you prefer it crisper)
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

The Dry Shake: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. This builds that signature thick, white foam you see in the photo.

The Wet Shake: Add plenty of ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10–15 seconds until the tin is frost-cold.

The Strain: Fine-strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass (bonus points if it has a gold rim like yours!).

The Finish: Allow the foam to settle for a moment so it creates that clean "line" between the liquid and the froth.
Tip: If you want that exact "sunset" hue, ensure you are using a bright red-orange aperitif like Aperol or Campari.
