- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Agave Nectar (or Simple Syrup)
- 5-6 Fresh Raspberries (muddled)
Prep the Glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into the salt/sugar mixture. Fill the glass with fresh ice.Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh raspberries with the agave nectar until broken down.Shake: Add the tequila, lime juice, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until very cold.Strain: Double-strain (to catch the raspberry seeds) into your prepared glass.Finish: Garnish with the raspberries and lime wedge as seen in the photo.
