- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Cointreau or high-quality Triple Sec
- Rim Coarse Sea Salt
- Garnish A fresh lime wedge
Prep the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into a small plate of coarse sea salt to create an even coating. Fill the glass with fresh ice.Combine: Add the tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker.Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the tin feels frost-cold.Strain: Double-strain (to ensure no ice shards or pulp remain) into your salt-rimmed glass.Finish: Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
