The Gilded Palm

A creamy, tropical delight that perfectly balances sweet fruit with a smooth finish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez)
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Method
 

  1. Combine: Add the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
    Shake: Fill the shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. The cream of coconut needs a good workout to fully emulsify and create that smooth, uniform texture seen in your photo.
    Pour: Strain into a chilled highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
    Garnish: Add your pineapple wedge to the rim and drop in your metal straw.
